🚀 You'll crush it at Aticco if…

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, corporate reception, events, or retail.

• You provide a warm, sensitive approach to members, resolving unexpected issues quickly and knowing when to handle matters independently versus when to escalate them to the Coworking Manager.

• You ensure flawless adherence to checklists, maintenance protocols, vendor management, inventory, and guidelines, setting the example for CBEs in your day-to-day work.

• You address inquiries with empathy, drive community activities, identify churn risks, and promote add-on revenue (meeting rooms, passes, catering).

• You are proficient with digital tools and capable of quickly learning internal platforms for coworking management, CRM, ticketing, and organization.

• You have an advanced level of Portuguese and English; Spanish or any other language is a plus.
  

🔃 What will your day-to-day look like?

• Handle daily opening, closing, and rounds (checking cleanliness, organization, and atmosphere), acting as the on-site lead and assuming management responsibilities in the Coworking Manager's absence.

• Log, track, and resolve technical issues via the ticketing system (adhering to SLAs), supervise on-site vendors, and manage consumable inventory.

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for resolving requests with empathy and speed, while executing onboarding and offboarding processes (access, tours, keys/cards) in collaboration with the Sales and Facilities teams.

• Coordinate and execute the events calendar (breakfasts, after-work gatherings) while promoting the use of the App and Slack, and proactively identify risks regarding member churn or space changes.

• Organize your team's daily tasks and shifts, providing on-site support and hands-on training for new reception staff.

• Conduct sales tours, manage the sale and setup of meeting rooms and events (generating add-on revenue), and prepare weekly and monthly building reports.
