You have more than one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, tourism, or a related field.
Experience in personnel management.
An organized and multitasking individual, willing to contribute to different aspects of the business.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure environments and handle challenging situations with a positive approach.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and building new relationships and networks.
Proactive and creative attitude focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Highly dynamic: willing to get involved when necessary to move quickly and achieve results.
Community-oriented; passionate about coworking, collaboration, and co-creation. Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish.
🔃 What will your day-to-day look like?
Be the point of contact at the two building for all members and the spokesperson for our clients. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships with a people-centric approach.
Be responsible for the Account Management process at your center, holding regular one-on-one meetings with all your internal clients.
Keep Account Management data up-to-date in our CRM and provide bi-weekly and monthly reports to senior management.
Give tours of the facility to potential clients.
Resolve complex and immediate issues, such as member departures or potential improvements and requests.
Manage the negotiation process and close sales opportunities.
Ensure that buildings operations and processes run smoothly on a daily basis.
Maintain the ambiance and organization of the space.
Conduct regular inspections to monitor the condition of the facilities and schedule necessary repairs, maintenance, or upgrades.
Coordinate with other internal teams for the proper maintenance of the facilities.
Serve as a liaison with external cleaning and security providers to adjust and improve the service offered, as well as report any inefficiencies.
Lead and supervise your center's team: set the team's direction, demand performance, and drive results.
Ensure that processes are followed and adhered to.
Design and implement policies, guidelines, and processes to improve the member experience and overall business operations.
Actively contribute to the creation and presentation of content in our internal knowledge base.
Be the point of contact between headquarters and your center.
