As Area Manager, your mission is to ensure that every operating space in the city aligns with our high service standards. You will be the guardian of our facilities' upkeep, staff management, and cross-departmental coordination. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be the key driver in guaranteeing the best possible service for our community.
We aren’t looking for a traditional manager; we need a prioritization superhero/ine, an issue-resolution ninja, and a leader who thrives on out-of-the-box thinking.
You will lead a fantastic team of 20 to 30 people, acting as the direct supervisor for 8 to 9 Coworking Managers. Your success will be defined by operational excellence and the growth of your team.

🔃 What will your day-to-day look like?
Account Management: Manage and track account metrics for the city.
Team Leadership: Oversee, support, and foster the development of the teams within your area.
KPI & OKR Ownership: Monitor and take full ownership of operational metrics for your area, preparing detailed monthly reports.
Key Account Management (KAM): Act as the primary contact for the Top 20 client accounts in Barcelona—monitoring health, identifying upselling opportunities, and building long-term loyalty.
Major Account Onboarding: Lead the pre-onboarding process for major accounts in coordination with Sales and Architecture (post-signature, pre-move-in).
Financial Oversight: Supervise billing and manage outstanding payments in your city.
Operational Audits: Conduct process and facility audits to ensure everything meets Aticco’s standards.
Incident Management: Serve as the emergency contact for after-hours incidents and work to minimize response times for facilities-related issues.
Continuous Improvement: Lead space improvement initiatives and monitor their direct impact on the community.
Performance Reviews: Lead the performance review process for all staff in your area to ensure high retention and growth.
Strategic CollaborationArchitecture & Facilities: Act as the bridge between daily operations and technical teams to minimize client impact.
Sales: Partner on the pre-onboarding journey for corporate clients.
Specialists: Collaborate with F&B or Events experts to ensure your team is performing at their peak in these specialized areas.
Note on the role: This role has been created to cover a maternity leave. A temporary replacement contract will be offered initially, with real opportunities for long-term employment as the company continues to grow and expand.
